Line of the Day: 07/10/2010

SP Travis Wood, CIN took a perfect game into the ninth against the Phillies and wound up with a no-decision as the Reds lost the game in extra innings. Wood finished the game allowing just one hit and no walks while striking out eight. Nothing so far suggests this as a typical game for Wood, but keep an eye on his next few starts to see if this a building block for future success or simply an anomaly.
