Line of the Day: 08/12/2010

SP Johan Santana, NYM pitched a complete-game, four-hit shutout against the Colorado Rockies, striking out 10 and walking two. Santana is 5-1 in his last nine starts, allowing zero runs in four games and one run in three while going at least seven innings in eight of those nine starts. Surprisingly, this was only the second time this season that he's struck out 10 or more batters (both in August). Now would be a great time for fantasy owners to see him return to dominant form.
